  7. The Robotoid Animations and the Robotoid Assembly Toolkit were constructed 
  8. from MacroMedia Director movies, which were in turn built up from the artwork 
  9. that is included in the Goodies directory on the Asimov CD.  By using File 
  10. Manager you can look at the four sub-directories of the Goodies folder. Each 
  11. of the sub-directories contains material from the main publication that is 
  12. provided for you to manipulate - for your own pleasure and amusement.

  14. KINEMATS
  15.   - contains the movies that are included in the Kinematics section
  16.     of the publication
  17.  
  18. ROBOTOID
  19.   - contains the 6 Robotoid movies that are included in "The Robotoids"
  20.     section of the publication
  21.   - also contains a Robotoid Template movie that is not included
  22.     anywhere in the publication; this identifies the individual parts
  23.     of each Robotoid, and their rotational axes
  24.  
  25. SCRNSAVE
  26.   - contains the movies that are used in the Asimov Robotoids screen
  27.     saver
  28.  
  29. The movies in these three directories are all in the Microsoft
  30. Video for Windows format.  Use the Media Player application to
  31. play these movies, or simply double-click on the file name (from the
  32. File Manager).

  34. The ROBART directory contains color bitmap files of all the individual
  35. parts used in the Robotoid Animations and the Robotoid Assembly
  36. Toolkit.  See the ROBART.TXT file in this directory for full
  37. details.
